3. Treehotel, Harads, Sweden

This treehotel is located in the forest around Harads. It has only six ‘treerooms’, but the hotel is developing so there are plans for more rooms. Treehouses include the lifelike Bird’s Nest, the glass capsule-like Cabin, the magnificent reflective Mirrorcube and the UFO (pictured), that reminds people of sci-fi movies. The most interesting fact is that there is a tree sauna.

2. Beckham Creek Cave Haven, Parthenon, Arkansas, USA

Four years have been needed for finishing this unbelievable cave hotel. It's set in 530 acres of Arkansas rock. Although the hotel had its renovations, it still gives vibrations of a mystical, scary place. This hotel is also reserved for wedding ceremonies.

1. Kakslauttanen Hotel, Saariselkä, Finland

Have you ever imagined that a glass igloo could serve also as a hotel? Well, if not, then you must know that Hotel Kakslauttanen is exactly that, a hotel of glass igloos, where you can spend the night staring at the sky full of stars. Usually this hotel is open from August until April.

So, do you have the answer to our question? These hotels are unusual, indeed, but a night spent there will definitely be worth the effort, and you will remember it for the rest of your lives.
