Marrakech is a major city located in Morocco. It is the most important of Morocco’s four former imperial cities that were built by Moroccan Berber empires. Marrakesh has a fast development  as a religious, cultural, and trading centre for the sub-Saharan Africa.
The city bursts with its culture, busy souks, old architecture and the  Sahara Desert is so close to visit. Do not be surprised if all these things mentioned before are not even the best part of Marrakech.
A must-visit places in Marrakech:
The Ecomusee Berbere represents the Berber culture in the region and it is found inside the Jardin Majorelle. It contains a collection of artifacts. I was once a painter’s studio, but today provides an intimate home that represents Berber daily life through videos, is traditional manner of clothing , and their historical facts. Be ready to appreciate more the Marrakech’s culture if you decide to visit this place.
The Medina of Marrakech is located  very close to the previous place mentioned, and is one of the biggest Berber marketplaces in Morocco. An enormous center of commerce, the souks at the Medina sell goods like leathers, carpets, lanterns , pottery, jewels, and more. Do not be surprised if you see a monkeys, snakes and donkeys as part of the mix of traffic. Ask your hotel to recommend a guide for your excursion  because of the dizziness in Medina. Have a time to take a mint tea, try traditional food, and see the surrounding colorful architecture. Be careful of thieves here that are not unusual, when taking out your mobile phone or wallet. One very old tradition of the souks is the haggling, feel free to ask a lower price, but try to have sense.
Hammam experience is something you will need after so much walking around in the huge Berbere marketplace. You should get a massagge, body scrubs and treatments for relaxing. Mythic Oriental Spa is furnished with relaxing music, tasty sweets and soothing tea. The Spa experience can be customized for your needs, whether you search for a private, intimate, or professional setting.
